Two Ways to Build the Systems and Visibility Your Business Needs
There are two ways to start: The Diagnostic, a focused engagement to find out exactly what your business needs, or The Full Engagement, the complete six-month build. Which one fits depends on where you are right now.
Zero pressure. Just an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
A few things worth saying upfront
We work with a small number of clients at a time, by design. The work takes real attention, and attention doesn’t stretch.
Most consulting ends with a report and a handshake. We build the systems and visibility with you while working inside your business alongside your team, and stay through the messy part of putting them to use. Everything we build is specific to your business, with no generic templates to take home and figure out on your own.
Most of the owners we work with already know they need better systems and better numbers. What they haven’t had is the time or the know-how to build them. You can start by finding out exactly what your business needs, with no commitment to the full journey.
The aim is a business that runs on systems and visibility, so growth doesn’t depend on us or on you alone.
The Diagnostic
For founders who want to know exactly what to build before going further
6-8 Weeks | $5,000
Before anything gets fixed, it has to be clearly visible. This is a hands-on look at where your business actually is. This includes looking at where your time goes, what your numbers say, and where the business is running without the systems or visibility it needs.
You walk away with a working framework specific to your business and a KPI dashboard showing you what to build first, what to fix, and what to leave alone for now.
What’s included:
- Time and task audit with full debrief
- Metrics review to find what’s driving (or draining) the business
- KPI selection: the handful of numbers that matter most for your business
- A KPI dashboard built from the data you already have, with your baseline numbers in place
- A custom framework: the systems, tracking, and structure your business needs, in priority order
- A clear, honest recommendation on what to do next, including whether that means more of our help or none
If some of your numbers aren’t being tracked yet, we start there.
Where this leads: Some founders take the framework and dashboard and run with them. Most find the next challenge is reading what the numbers are saying and deciding what to do about it, and that’s where ongoing support makes the biggest difference. Others are ready to build out the rest of the systems and run the business on them, which is the Full Engagement.
Ongoing Dashboard Review (optional add-on)
Once the dashboard exists, this is where it gets put to use.
Month to month | Bi-weekly working sessions
Every dashboard raises new questions. Why did this number move? What changed? What should we do about it? We review the numbers together, work out what they mean, and decide what to do next. We also work through the resistance and the habits that creep back, so the changes stick.
Available any time after the Diagnostic, at the same rate whether you start right away or come back to it later.
The Full Engagement
For founders who are ready to go all in from the start
6 months | Bi-weekly 60-minute calls | $15,000
This is the complete build: finding out what’s going on, putting the systems and visibility in place, running the business on them, and making sure none of it depends on us by the time we’re done. It begins with the same work as the Diagnostic and carries on from there. If you already know you’re ready for the whole journey, this is where to start.
What the six months looks like
Month 1: Find out what’s actually going on
Before we build anything, we look at all of it. Your time, your numbers, your team, your decisions, and what you want the business to do for you.
Months 2 and 3: Build the foundation
Simple, repeatable systems your team can follow without you in the middle. A KPI dashboard that shows you what’s happening at a glance. Clean processes that get things done without needing you to hold them together.
Months 4 and 5: Put it to work
With the systems and dashboard in place, we run the business on them. We review the numbers together, adjust what isn’t working, and hand off the decisions and tasks that shouldn’t sit with you.
Month 6: Make it stick
We review what’s been built, what’s changed, and what you need to sustain it. You leave with a business that runs on systems and visibility instead of memory.
What’s included:
- 12 bi-weekly 60-minute working sessions
- Time and task audit with full debrief
- KPI dashboard built for your business
- Revenue Generating Activities framework
- Delegation and team accountability structure
- Simple systems and SOPs designed around your workflows
- Async support between sessions for questions and decisions
- Full review and handoff in month six
This is for you if
- You’re doing $500K to $5M in revenue and the growth feels hollow. More work, not more freedom.
- You know something is off, but you don’t have the visibility to see exactly what.
- You know you need better systems and tracking, and you haven’t had the time or the know-how to build them.
- You want to make decisions backed by real numbers, not by whatever feels most urgent that day.
- You’re ready to build the structure your business needs, even if it takes real work to get there.
This is not for you if
- You want someone to hand you a finished system with no involvement from you or your team.
- You want someone to validate decisions you’ve already made.
- You’re looking for a course, a template, or a one-size-fits-all system.
We’d rather be honest with you here than spend time on the wrong engagement, whichever path you’re considering.
What changes when we do the work
How to get started
Tell us about your business with a short form. It takes about ten minutes, and every response gets read personally. If it looks like a good fit, we’ll reach out to talk through which path makes sense. If it isn’t the right fit right now, we’ll tell you that too.
Most people leave that first conversation knowing more about their business than they have in months, whether we work together or not.
